3. 測量裝置采用光柵位移傳感器，通過液晶屏顯示結果，并可顯示與設置測試標尺、試驗力、壓頭類型、保荷時間、換算單位等；

4. 具備了布氏、洛氏、維氏三種試驗方法，多級試驗力，能滿足多種硬度測試要求；

5. 電子閉環控制施加試驗力，實現了試驗力的自動加荷、保荷、卸荷的自動化運作;

6. 高清測量和觀察-雙物鏡組合，結合內置長度編碼器的高清測微目鏡，實現了壓痕對角線的一鍵測量，極大地減少了人為操作干擾與讀數誤差；

7. 內置測試軟件可對機器硬度值進行修正；

8. 便捷控制系統，可自動進行全硬度標尺的單位轉換；
